The laptop based timing software is currently designed to run up to 10 lanes with a pad and 3 buttons/pickles. We also support near and far harness applications.   Since we separated the user interface from the timing hardware, we can be very flexible and use the latest PC software technologies.

Projection Scoreboard software comes STANDARD. The software automatically sizes the display to the resolution of your projector and the number of lanes in use. The colors used can be customized as well so your team colors can be shown. You can use the projector before the meet with a simple powerpoint presentation for sponsor advertising and have it pay for itself or bring in extra money that is always needed. Coaches can also take video of the swimmers and analyze their strokes while the swimmers are still in the pool.

Timing and Meet manager laptops running a meet. It is possible to run both on the same laptop if necessary as a backup or if you have limited personel. It is not required to have the Meet Manger Alpha scoreboard option, but if you do, the timing system knows the number of heats in each event and the names of all the teams and swimmers.  Based on this information the system will automatically advance to the next event.  The operator only needs to monitor the meet to handle any missed touches or other extraorinary events.  Also, the swimmer names and relay teams will be shown on the SST console.  An option is included to automatically turn off lanes without swimmers.

This installation uses a an inexpensive router to connect the two PC's and the printer. We have used wireless and other networking methods for the two PC's to communicate. This allows the timing and meet manager computers to be separated anywhere in the pool area.
